Race Preparation Service
Our professional race preparation services allow you to go into your next event with confidence in the equipment. This allows you to focus your time on driving and less time worrying about your kart. Our general race prep includes, stripping kart of engine, bodywork, axle, and steering assembly. We inspect everything and replace any worn nuts and bolts. Every race prep chassis visits our frame table to verify and check for proper alignment. We take pride in how clean go karts come out of our shop, with every detail covered. We bleed the brake system, set the alignment, track widths, nut and bolt check the entire kart, inspect the drive system and all other wear items. We service any brand of racing chassis and treat all of our race preparations with the same attention to detail.
Frame Straightening
FDM can straighten any brand of racing chassis and has the most complete set of frame straightening capabilities in the region. Our frame table has multiple sets of jigs to secure the chassis and straighten waist bends, center sag, rear tubes, and more. In addition, we utilize a set of king pin inclination lasers to check the caster/camber angles of the yokes in the frame and can straighten the yokes on most brands.
